Travelling light doesn’t mean you have to forego on those little luxuries, like a stand so you can watch movies on your smartphone while you’re waiting for a flight.
You’ll need an over sized paperclip. I bought this one for £1.69 in a pack of 10.
Straighten it out roughly… and it really can be very rough.
Bend into a square-shape ‘u’.
Put two bends in to make the base of the stand and then a couple more to make a lip to catch the edge of the phone. I did tell you could be rough as you like, right?
You might need to jiggle your bends to make it balance, but without much effort you’ve got a pretty sturdy stand you can throw away when you’re done with it… then just grab another paperclip out of your wallet when you want to watch more.
